Bowl 6" x 7"

The clay bowl is first turned and left to get leather hard, it then has it's design carved deep into the clay. After it is thoroughly dry it goes through the bisque firing. After this firing the surface is further smoothed and then the colouring is applied to the pot. It then goes through a second firing to set these colours. The glaze is then added to the outside and inside of the bowl and then it goes through it's final high temperature firing.

The clay bowl is first turned, left to dry to leather hard when it is then carved. It is left to dry and then it goes through it's first firing to bisque. It then has it's colouring added by using clay high fire mat glaze then fired for it's second firing to set the colours. The final glaze is then added and getting it's final firing to maturity.

These are fine art pots, not for use with food.
